AEN approached me to create a brand identity, packaging and website design that needed to feels serious, authentic, trustworthy, and detail-obsessed, with a performance-driven feel and a proudly Greek touch.
The design concept that I created for the brand focuses on a clean, minimalistic font with a precise, innovative feel, to capture the sense of high quality and trustworthiness. The font brings to mind a detailed scientific work, or a precise lab research, but is used in a wider, extended form in order to add a feeling of strength and confidence. The use of the font is bold and eye-catching with interesting asymmetrical layouts, contrasting sizes, and layered text to provide visual interest. An important element of the brand identity is the use of large amount of so-called white space—the blank space around the elements of design—which provides a modern, airy, high-quality look. Cool, sleek, and minimalistic.
