About the Essential Website Design Package
This package will be a great solution if you’re looking for fundamental website structure to start selling your products, or to refresh your current Shopify website design to align it with your aesthetic. During the 4 weeks that we work together, I will build the essential website structure that you’ll be able to develop further on your own, and you’ll gain clarity on the ways you can use your website to connect with your audience and stand out. I will help you make sure that your website reflects your brand identity, and that you’re confident to take the next steps in your brand development process. I’m here to help you create a beautiful, functional, and user-friendly e-commerce website that will help you convert visitors into sales.
By the end of the project, you will get:
• Selection of a Shopify theme
• Design and installation of a website based on a selected Shopify theme
• Mobile optimisation
• Shopify theme editing involving basic CSS coding
• Product set-up (up to 6 items) + support in learning how to easily add new items on your own
• Up to 10 pages (eg. homepage, product page, about, contact, FAQ, etc.)
• Shopify admin guidebook
This package does not include (can be added as an additional charge):
• Creation of brand identity elements (logos, font system, colour palette)
• Website text copy: provided by the client
• Product and lifestyle photography: provided by the client
• Website design editing involving advanced coding knowledge
• Installation of any additional apps or features not included in the selected Shopify theme

Website design vision deep dive
BEFORE THE PROJECT BEGINS
After our preliminary consultation, you will fill out a questionnaire about your business, your brand identity, your ideas and more that will form a base for building a strong, cohesive visual style for your website. For existing brands, I will ask you to provide all elements of your brand identity (logos, font system, colour palette, brand guidelines), or if you're at the beginning of your brand building journey, we'll take a step back to start from building the crucial elements of you brand identity first (see my Brand Identity Package). I will also ask you to provide the website text copy and your product and lifestyle photography that should be used.
1:1 discovery call
BEFORE THE PROJECT BEGINS
Once you’ve put your ideas in writing, we’ll arrange a 1-2 hour Zoom call where we'll discuss all of your plans and what you want to achieve. We’ll talk about your website vision, values, and inspirations in more detail. We’ll discuss the first ideas that might help your website reflect your creative vision and connect with your target audience. I’ll also share with you my ideas of the Shopify themes that I’ve preselected after reviewing your brief for you to choose from.
Website development
WEEK 1 & 2
After our discussion, over 2 weeks, I will use the text copy and photography provided by you to start building your website in Shopify using the theme that we’ve selected. I will use the tools available in the theme and will include basic CSS coding editing where necessary in order to match all the strategic points that we agreed on in the previous stage of the project. The design concept will match your brand’s goals and visual identity to be the best reflection of your vision, and to create a beautiful, functional, and user-friendly platform that will help you convert visitors into sales.
2 rounds of refinements
WEEK 3 & 4
Once you’ve reviewed the website design concept, you’ll have a chance to share your feedback. You will share your thoughts and ideas, and over 2 rounds of refinements I’ll implement any modifications that you might require.
Website ownership transfer + admin guidebook
AFTER THE PROJECT ENDS
After finalising the refinements, I will transfer the full ownership of your new website to you. You will also receive a Shopify admin guidebook, helping you to take the first steps in your Shopify admin.
